We do not directly collect or store any of your card payment details. This is all handled by our partners Shopify (credit card), Ideal and PayPal, depending on which payment method you choose.

We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments, and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

We may disclose your data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

Login and Authentication

To provide a secure and user-friendly login experience, our website uses a passwordless authentication method. When you log in to your customer account, we send a one-time code or secure login link to the email address you provided. This allows you to authenticate yourself without needing to create or store a password.

Purpose of processing:
We process your email address to verify your identity, grant access to your account, and help secure your login session. This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, as outlined in Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data handling and security:

• One-time codes and login links are valid only for a limited time and are never stored after expiration.
• We do not store passwords or other long-term credentials.
• Login events may be temporarily logged to help detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

Third-party processors:
If we use a third-party email service to send authentication codes (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun, or similar providers), those services may act as Data Processors under GDPR. We ensure appropriate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place with these providers.

Your rights:
As with all personal data we collect, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your login-related data. You may also request that we stop processing your data or withdraw your consent, where applicable. For more details, please refer to the “Your Rights and Choices” section of this policy.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
